INFO DOCTCARE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (widely known as Doctcare Services) is a company registered under Indian companies Act 1956, in Delhi, formed by a Group of experts handling medical negligence cases. The objective of Doctcare services is to help and protect the Doctor/Medical Establishment legally and financially from Medical Negligence cases (civil, consumer, criminal 304A, 338, 336 IPC, MCI etc) as and when any case is initiated in lower court up to Hon’ble Supreme Court of India against its members. Doctcare Services also protect the Doctors, Medical Establishments, Clinics, Labs, Diagnostic centre and other professional practitioners in terms of contesting their cases in the court and arranging the compensation,
